To apply for Artist Membership, fill out the information below and return this form with slides of your books, a current resume and a brief biography. Slides must represent at least three different bookworks produced within the last three years. The minimum number of slides required for application is five, though you may submit more. Please label all slides and include a detailed slide list on a separate piece of paper (give title, date, dimensions and medium).

If
you are accepted as an Artist Member, we will retain the slides and information
sent with this application and create a file for you in the Book Artist
Registry. This file will remain active as long as you are a member of The Center
for Book Arts, and we encourage you to update it regularly with new slides,
exhibitions notices, etc.
The
Center occasionally provides reproductions of artist’s slides for use in
articles, lectures and demonstrations. In all cases, The Center insists that the
work(s) be named and that the artist or artists receive credit for its
production.
