Center for Book Arts 30th Anniversary

Center Broadsides Reading Series
Friday, December 3rd, 7 pm
Featuring Rachel Levitsky and Eugene Ostashevsky. Series co-curator Marcella Durand will introduce the readers.
CBA members free, $5 suggested donation for non-members
The Center Broadsides Reading Series is sponsored in part by the New York State Council on the Arts.


Holiday Sale
Saturday, December 11th
Come to the Center December 11th and shop for unique and affordable items, including hand-bound books, date books, journals, greeting cards, decorative boxes, hand-made papers, diaries and photo albums. Book artists affiliated with The Center will demonstrate letterpress printing and bookbinding techniques, offering a sample of the skills taught in workshops offered year-round at the Center. Course listings and program schedules will be available in the event that visitors are inspired to learn to make their own book-related gifts for next year. Raffle prizes will include handmade books and journals, handmade paper / stationery, exhibit catalogs, and gift certificates for local restaurants and for workshops at The Center.
FREE and open to the Public.
